Recommended Posts

Work pre-Super Bowl party (tailgate party) today at 11am, here is the brisket that we made yesterday on our Traeger Timberline via remote-app while at school & work:

12# prime-grade brisket from Alpine Butcher in Lowell, MA

Seasoned with Coffee Rub from Flynn Rubs  (family-owned) in Ipswich, MA

Cooked on Traeger Timberline 850 at 225 for about 10 hours (till I got home from work) finished in pan with beef broth.

smokey, fatty, beefy TASTY!!

GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!

So cool to see the Ipswich blend.  Wife's family has a house there and I freeze every summer in the river trying to duck greenies.

That’s awesome, I’m jealous! Ever been to the clam box or wolf hollow?

That looks to be one of the nicest briskets that I have seen in a long time.  The bark is incredible and you have some great smoke penetration.  My OCD is twitcher buddy with that one thick cut...... but I will let it go after viewing that bend test piece!!!

Great job bro
