What weather?

Recommended Posts

God I Love Texas!!!

I dont mind a simple throw it on the Joe with a probe and pull it when it's done cook in cold weather but I wont do anything complicated.

To much of a pain in the butt pulling off the jacket repeatedly, pulling and putting on gloves for those trips to the kitchen.

Actually, I bragged too soon. Wind kicked up to 50 plus mph and we had corn chowder instead.

Now, the snow is clear and the temp will be below zero when I make my chicken tonight.

Actually, when I made ribs this weekend the temp was in the high teens and the sun was out. Most trips outside were less than 3 min and I didn’t bother with jacket or gloves or hat. I did put my shoes on, though.

I dont mind the crisp cold cooks.

As long as it ain't windy or damp I'm good.

With the high humidity down here the wind cuts to the bone when its cold.
