Wings are looking good.

I usually go dry for most of the cook then sauce at the very end.

Thanks CK , I agree and I prefer a thinner sauce.

thats how we cooked these and they must’ve been pretty good cuz there’s no leftovers lol

We cook dry the entire cook, and then toss them in sauce at the end and cook the sauce into wings just enough to leave them lightly glazed, , but not dripping with sauce.

Those look delicious.

thank you so much!

If you sauce the entire cook you'll never have crispy wings. Soggy skin chicken is a complete failure in my book weather it be wings, thighs or whole chicken. Doesn't matter what it tastes like, soggy skin chicken is something to be ashamed of........ Just sayin..........

I agree to the point where I won't do the normal toss in sauce. I melt some butter with franks and put it in a squirt bottle. That was I can put sauce and ranch on each wing just before I eat it. No soggy wings for this joker.
