BB Ribs with Butcher Paper

I will try when I made a brisket, I do want to see if there is a difference. But I do not think I would bother with ribs again.

I tried foiling and it just came out sort of soggy. I wont foil again, at least not ribs or brisket

I have never foiled a brisket..... I wonder how that would go.  I normally foil st Louis ribs for about an hour.... But my hubby likes them softer than I do so that is why I do it.
