Traeger Lollipop Chicken

Recommended Posts

First time making these....

way more prep prep than I cared for, however, I was very pleased with the end result.

Smoked them for 45 min at 165° super smoke then cranked them to 350° for 45 min and finished them at 425° sauced.

I will make them again... soon!

way too much prep but man these are really great!!

I totally understand as I've done them a few times. But in the end they look so good and are just easy to eat. You did an excellent job. They really do look like lollipops :)

I don't know if I could handle all the prep work but I love durmsticks and have been thinking about getting one of those drumstick racks and doing a bunch of them. You may have just tipped me over the edge.
