We make stuffed peppers here all the time, and I figured that would be a part of any stuffed challenge cook from this house. I decided to try my hand at calzones on the DoJoe, and I was pleasantly surprised how they turned out.    To begin there are jalapeños stuffed with whipped cream cheese mixed with Tequila Lime Rub, AP Mojo Rub, and shredded cheese.        While these cooked, time to put together and griddle some chorizo pork.
