Sous Vide already cooked turkey

Thinking of Rotisserie a turkey on Wednesday then placing the cut turkey in a Sous vide,  anyone ever done this.

Welcome to the forum!  Please stop by the introduction section and let us know a little bit about yourself and your grill.  :)

I think many people use sous vide as a way to reheat proteins without losing moisture.  I don’t have any experience doing this with turkey myself, but hopefully someone else who has will chime in.
