Sunflower seed bread with Pate Fermentee-test run

Sunflower seed bread with Pate Fermentee-test run, was successful.  The bread was slightly over proofed but collapse was not too bad.  My Kamado took longer then I anticipated to heat soak.  Loaf tastes decent,  I think toasted sunflower seeds would have tasted better but loaf still good taste.  Also you can see in one photo where my dome thermometer punctured larger loaf.  I need to be more careful where I position the loafs in my Kamado.  Next week my test run will be Golden Raisin and Walnut Bread.
