This was a modified version of my yeast pizza recipe mixed in the bread machine and proofed in loaf pans.  Baked in the oven, 350°f 35 minutes.  Nice and chewy. 






Those are 2 full size loafs from a 360 gram recipe.   Very happy with them overall.
