Hello from Southern California!

Hi All, 

Name is Matt and currently reside in southern California with my wife and daughter. Picked up a Kamado Joe Classic II a few weeks ago from my local BBQ supply brick and mortar and couldn't be more satisfied. I had a built in fire magic at our previous home and have a Traeger at our cabin in Big Bear, but this KJ brings a whole new level of excitement. 


So far we have made Pastrami, a Boston Butt, reverse seared Tri-Tip and of course chicken breast and burgers. 


Looking forward to mastering the KJ!
