Brioche Coffee Cake

Brioche Coffee Cake with cheese filling, fruit and Streusel.  Based on recipe in Bread A Baker’s Book of Techniques and recipes, 2nd edition by Jeffrey Hamelman.  


The tastes was awesome.  This one for fruit I used candied cherries, next one I think I will use sliced mango.
