It tends to be so inexpensive to take out that the effort hasn't seemed to be worth making at home. Now that we're in COVID-19 world, I may give it a try to make at home. I made my first red curry last light (mostly) following your recipe, making a few adjustments based on what I had, and didn't have, in the fridge and pantry.
