I like your style. The ribs look great. I rolled out the PK and Hastybake today. Grilled some steaks on the PK and have 2 chickens spinning on the rotis.

Now that is a post rib snack, and I am not talking about the suds.

One of the guys I used to fly with had a Cajun Grill. That grill was built pretty darn stoutly. When I relooked at your pics I remembered the build of that grill on the closeup shots of the ribs on the cooking grates.

Overall you had a tremendous day of grilling. I am envious.

Darn, I love me some mud bugs.  Unfortunately, we never see them for sale up here north of the border. I used to eat them constantly on my fishing trips to LA.  Now I am really sad...
