Chicken and Shrimp Platter

3rd ever cool on the KJ and this turned out awesome:

Tandoori Chicken and Shrimp

Achari Chicken

 

Did chicken at 250F for 90 minutes indirect. Took off grill, cranked heat up to 500F, seared both sides and then Shrimp Skewers two minutes each side.
