Just recieved a Kamado grill older model, need some history and model number. Any help Thanks

Welcome, Terry, glad to have you and your K7 kamado, which was  designed and built by a fellow named Richard Johnson In early the 2000's. Yours appears to be in truly excellent shape. Probably the best, from what I can see, that I have seen on the forum. Never seen one with the tiles in such  good condition, actually looks like it might of been restored before you got it.  We had a member several years ago named Addertooth, who did a detailed K7 restoration. And also gave some history and some resources for parts and such that could be of help to you. Here is the post.

Thank you, this kamado was given to a Dentist friend as a birthday gift. If he used it more than a dozen times that would be a lot. All original only 1 small blue tile missing, now I have to learn how to use it!
