Margaret 0
Hello, Bought the Komado two weeks ago and it was working perfectly. Yesterday, we experience problem with the lid. It does not want to remain open. It almost fall on my hands when I was taking the chicken out of the bbq. Since then its coming down immediately. We think that the springs at the back are not strong enough to deal with the weight of the lid. Did anybody experienced such a problem. We did obviously immediately the company where we bought it but we dont have their decision yet what to do with it. We are wondering that if they are going to replace it then we might have the same problem. I would be grateful if you could share your experience. Thank you! Margaret 0
Hello, Thank you for your response. Its an Alpine Ofen - its a swiss brand. Thank you. Hinges seems to be ok. We think that the springs at the back extended and they are not pulling the weight of the lid...
