This is a super easy recipe for any smoker.....

 

4 cups of raw almonds

4 tsp peanut (or canola) oil

2 tablespoons (or to taste) of your favorite seasoning blend

 

Preheat your smoker to 250-275°F

 

Toss the almonds in the oil and then add the seasoning and mix to completely coat the almonds.  Spread the almonds on to a sheet and smoke for 30 minutes.

 

Enjoy!
