I've been grilling for many years and just added a Kamado Joe, Big Joe III to my arsenal. My speciality is rotisserie chicken/turkey. For the past 15 years I've been cooking a 25 + lbs turkey for my family, on my Weber Summit S-670 for Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. I also have a stainless steel custom built Spiedini Charcoal bbq, that we enjoy from time to time. I'm so excited to join this group to learn new techniques and recipes. Cheers! Sounds like you enjoy your Weber I'm sure you'll enjoy the Kamada just as much. there is a good book in the start here post by John on Kamado knowledge.
