Pie
Greetings from northern VA. Brand new to ceramic cooking. Recently received KJ Classic III after an 8 week wait. It was well worth the wait. Look forward to everyone’s great advise and ideas! Thanks already and special kudos to the one and only John Setzler!! daninpd and PHEAD

len440
Welcome Pie. Don't give John too many Kudos his head might swell to the size of a Big Joe III ( only Kidding John you have been a fantastic help for a lot of Kamado users ) With your praise did you read his Kamado book in the start here section? Great book. Hope your experience with the joe is good. Looking forward to some of your cooks. Ribs or butts are a good first choice.
