John Setzler
This barbecue lasagna recipe I tossed together was made with some leftover pulled pork and smoked chicken. It was super easy to put together and it had an amazing flavor to go along with it! This recipe has a lot of variation options that are only limited by your imagination so give it a try! I cooked this on the Alfa Ovens 4 PIZZE wood fired oven... Here's how I put this together: Ingredients Leftover pulled pork Leftover smoked chicken Barbecue sauce sliced cheese (12-14 slices of each of 3 kinds) Oven ready lasagna noodles Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese I added a good bit of barbecue sauce to the leftover meat in a mixing bowl and mixed it to combine completely. I created my layers from the bottom up as follows in my pan: Barbecue sauce Noodles cheese meat mixture cheese noodles cheese meat mixture cheese noodles cheese meat mixture cheese noodles barbecue sauce grated pecorino romano You can modify that any way you prefer. If you do NOT want crispy noodles on top, add a top layer of cheese on top of those noodles.... I cooked this at 375°F for about 45 minutes... Enjoy! #AtlantaGrillCompany #AlfaOvens #Lasagna pjooom, Boater and KismetKamado
