Thanks mate! Yeah we are luck to get them like this regularly so the shells go straight into the bin. I’m a big fan of the pan seared scallops also but in the shell is just a whole other experience.

Yeah both ways are good! You do miss the beautiful crust you get from the pan sear when doing them like this though. But they both have their strong points!
