Last Pizza on my Alfa

I made my last pizza on the Alfa today... I made a 72-hour cold fermented dough and cooked this bad boy at over 900°F...


Space has become a big issue here for me and I am getting rid of some things that I don't use frequently to make room for the things I do use frequently.  This is a true BEAST of an oven and I highly recommend them.
