Gebo
Is there a preferred size for turning pizza? I can get 7, 8, 9 or 10 inches in diameter. Most of my pizza are 12 inches or less.
Charles Wagon
I use this 8 inch turning peel for 12” pizzas on my Ooni Karu: American Metalcraft 8" Round Aluminum Pizza Peel with 12" Wood Handle https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B004FNU6GG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_SC1270F6TN5VDXQD7YRW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=

jark87
I’m late to the game, but I use these pizza spinners. They work great and you don’t have to fiddle with getting something to slide under the pizza. I cook pizza on my Kettle with an Only Fire pizza oven top and use the Slow n Sear so that the fire is primarily at the back of the oven, so I like to make really small turns of the pizza. The hooks provide more precision. I got them on Amazon for around $10. https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-CPS-022-Alfrescamore-Pizza-Spinners/dp/B00N0L5Q6O edit: another benefit is easy storage!
