Primo customer service

I’ve had a primo large oval 300 large new since only August 2020. it came with damaged cradle which I had to wait 1-2months to even use for which was unacceptable to begin with. but last night my grill snapped at the hinge junction when was heating up to make pizza cause damage to the daisy wheel frame etc. I am beyond dissatisfied with this product and need someone from customer service to call me and email ASAP and rectify this situation and replace my grill. Thank you. Has anyone else had this experience with primo ?
