Hi from Glasgow, Scotland

Hi All


I don't actually have a Kamado BBQ/Grill, but am thinking of getting one and thought I'd join the forum to find out more before purchasing. I'm particularly attracted to the materials used in construction and their longevity, ceramics as opposed to metal, and the extent to which it can cook a range of foods whilst imparting a smokey char.

Thanks all for the advice and guidance. I'm hoping eventually to set my outdoor space as a cooking area with a Kamado Joe Junior and an Ooni Pizza oven, but am quite excited by this:
