I didn't time the cook.. I was on the grill for a total of 30-35 minutes maybe.  I cooked these to 130 before I pulled them off.. they were nice and tender.

I'm not 100% sure that short ribs aren't my favorite part of the cow.

this cook is over my head... looks great though!!!

My great fear in purchasing Finex is that I want to look at it more than actually get a patina on it and have it show where and tear from cooking on it. Probably why I've held off thus far.

 

Extra points for the garlic, rosemary butter...
