My First Plate Ribs?

In the USA, there is no such animal as 3 bone chuck rib slabs. If as it appears, the bones are ~6" or larger, then you have plate ribs. Chuck ribs are 4 bones to a slab.

 

Difference- the first is basically ribeye steak on the bone and the second from the chuck area.

 

Great price in the current economy also!!!
