Hi all thanks for the welcome, two weekends and 4 BBQ's in and I'm loving the Akorn, spatchcock chicken is the best I've tasted in a while, I did a slow cooked pork shoulder with crackling which was awesome and last night some lamb loin chops which were so tender and tasty and took less time than heating up the oven and cooking inside.


Next weekend I might try a home made pizza.
