After watching John’s video on cold smoking cheese, I am wondering what pellets everyone recommends? adm Posted December 28, 2021 Share Posted December 28, 2021 I have used on of these "spiral" type cold smoke generators with good success. It uses sawdust rather than pellets and you just light one end and let it slowly smoulder.
