John Setzler Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 Here's my most recent video... This 11.5 pound butt was an extra perfect cook... I cooked it overnight at 220f for about 12 hours, wrapped it, ramped up the temp to 300f to finish it.. rested it for 3 hours and the butt just wanted to fall apart on its own...
