Put the chicken in the brine this morning, got er seasoned up and ready to go. Pretty much always Roast Chicken. Just something special about it, especially on a kamado. In my humble opinion roast chicken is one of the things a kamado does exceptionally well. Derrick11 Posted June 19 Share Posted June 19 I cooked two flattened chickens last night and they were incredible. Chicken on charcoal is an all time match. A.O. Posted June 19 Author Share Posted June 19 So an update.. everything turned out great once again! Got a bottle of Tequila from one of my daughters so I neglected to post this last night.
