what is Piri Piri chicken? I lika da spicy so this intrigues me.... Also love me some ABTs. I've been making them since before I knew what they were called. Thought about frying and chopping bacon and then mixing it with cream cheese to stuff in a capped jalapeno but haven't got around to doing it. Anyone make them in that manner?

Piri Piri is a style of peppers that emerged from Africa. It's also commonly used in Portugal. It gives fantastic flavour to foods although it's extremely spicy. You need to be extra cautious with how much of these dried peppers / sauce you apply as it's almost as spicy as habaneros in my opinion.

In my ABTs those are pepperettes, as the little smokies  are harder to find.

These where the Brant brand, but I think I like our  Schneiders band better.

These seem dry and tough after cooking them.

Still need to try them with  shrimp or Chicken.
