I am looking for ideas for all-purpose gloves for grilling.

I like the rubberized ones that can be used for picking up big, hot slabs of cooked meat, washable.

I like the heat resistant ones that can be used to work close the hot coals, grab hot pans.

I like the long ones that extend up past the wrist.

Is there one product that can do all of these?

The Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue Insulated Food Gloves are really nice!

Here's a link to the review I did on them recently. http://www.bbqsaucereviews.com/steven-raichlen-best-of-barbecue-insulated-food-gloves/

They're definitely worth looking into and they won't break the bank either!

I don't think so. You'll like having the heavy rubber to pull a shoulder, welders gloves to handle a hot grill, deflector, etc, box of nitrile gloves for prepping and maybe an ov glove caz it's cool and you ended up with one in your families Xmas Yankee swap.

Moving to the "Gadgets and Accessories" forum since this is not a product review...

Sorry John, I should have caught that! :) My brain has been mush this weekend with the lack of sleep.

I've been using these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000XAL1QE/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but I have to say I find them a real PITA to take off once I have them on. I'm a big ugy so It could just be my hand size. They fit ok when putting them on but once on the inside doesn't want to let go. I do have heavy duty traditional pot hold gloves for grabbing my grill http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000J18STK/ref=oh_details_o00_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 these I really like and they can go right in the wasgh when needed.  I buy my rubber gloves from costco, they are fairly strong and food safe, easy on and off and you get like 200 or 400 at a time which is great because I go through quite a few at a time.

I recently purchased Weber's BBQ gloves: http://www.amazon.com/Weber-6670-X-Large-Premium-Barbeque/dp/B009IH0EV6/

They are just too big for me.  I am 5'10" with average to large hands, and these Weber gloves dwarf my hands.  I'll be posting a review of them later, but suffice to say you need to be a big guy to use these gloves.  I have always purchased large gloves before, but these gloves are XL for sure!  However, they seem to fit some of your needs fairly well, Meathead.

I purchased these from Amazon for 49.00.  they are insulated with Nomex and Kevlar and say they stand up to heat of 662F.  I have moved my grates around on my grill when the temp has been over 500 and have never had an issue with them. I also use them to take things out of the indoor over instead of a hot pad.  They are washing machine safe and seem like really good gloves.
