First baby back ribs on Char Griller Acorn

1 post in this topic

So far I've just done burgers and hot dogs, plus one pizza that didn't turn out too well, on my new Acorn. Now I've just started my first baby back ribs on it. Put on some rub that I buy at the store that I've liked for a few years now, then smeared on a little yellow mustard and just put them in the cooker now at 250. I'm using Royal Oak lump and a couple of pretty big pieces from a bag of Frontier lump I got last year. I put in a few chunks of Hickory and I'm looking forward to some good ribs later tonight. I'm finding that controlling the temperature is easier than I was afraid it might be.
