DerHusker
From my Thanksgiving Turkey thread. Ingredients: 2 6 oz. Packages of Mrs. Cubbinson’s Seasoned Dressing mix2 sticks of butter1 cup of dried Cranberries1 cup of finely chopped Walnuts1 cup of minced Onion1 cup of diced Celery2 cups of diced Apple1 ½ cups of Chicken stock½ cup of Apple CiderCombine the Dressing, Cranberries, Apple & Walnuts in a large bowl. Melt the Butter in a large skillet and then add the Celery & Onion. Once this has wilted add the Chicken stock & Apple Cider and then turn the heat to low and let simmer of 10 minutes. Now add this wet mixture to the bowl and stir. Scoop this out into a dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350 degrees removing foil for the last 25 minutes. Results: Enjoy! Jack.
Dried cranberries are so versatile. I'll bet they add just the right burst of sweet/tart when you bite into one. Nice recipe DerHusker. Thanks for sharing it.

Nice recipe DerHusker. Thanks for sharing it. Thanks Jack. The second week of November we spent a week in Sedona. While there we ate at the Wildflower Bread Company a few times. (Great place) One time I had a turkey sandwich with cranberry walnut dressing and the dressing was so good I searched the web for a recipe. I found one that says it’s from the Wildflower Bread Company but also found the above recipe that I tried instead. While not the same as the Wildflower Bread Company dressing it was a big hit also.
